Outstanding Parents Brod Rod & Sis Elma Castillo

Manhattan, New York - 2011 Outstanding Parents, Dr. Rod Castillo and Dr. Elma Castillo, FEU-NRMF Beta Sigma & Sigma Beta, with three children were among twelve parents given the recognition recently by the National Federation of Filipino American Associations-New York and the Philippine Hearts and Hopes Society.  Ms Nena Kaufman, President of NaFAA-NY & PHHOSO with RP Consul General in NY Mario De Leon Jr shown in the photo below.
