At 3pm today, sunday I attended the turn-over of the relief goods from San Beda Alumni Chapter to our Manila East Brods which I also facilitated. On the side, I happily broke the good news to all brods present that the New Yorker Brods deposited 1K USD to our account for typhoon victim brods and their families. As per our discussion with Pres. BUddy of Manila East, Sigma Beta Pres. NCR Sis Lilian, GP Norio, Brod Gerry David we will wait for the final list of victim brods from both Typhoons (Ondoy & Pepeng) most esp. those brods from the North of Luzon (Pangasinan, La Union,Baguio up to Ilocos) badly hit by Pepeng for proper allocation of relief goods using the funds you have ENTRUSTED to Manila South. But, initially we have promised Brod Nardo B. Zambales of Osmeña College Chapter 94A (Masbate) presently residing No. 31 Int., Masaya St., Gulod, Novaliches, QC who was also with us and whose sari-sari store in his house was swept away together with his personal things and stock inventory by typhoon ondoy. Within the week, we will purchase and promptly deliver his requested goods as a start-up inventory for his sari-sari store business which is his bread & butter. The officers present were thinking of buying Php3,500-5K worth of inventory coming from your contribution.

We will update you from time to time of our activities regarding OBB being done by Manila South together with other assemblies and chapters.
